The Positive Side to Peer Pressure
We all know what peer pressure is and how harmful it can be, but does it always have to be the enemy? Can we tap into positive peer pressure and use it as a motivational tool in our classrooms? Pressure to conform affects all age groups, but it’s especially prevalent in children and teenagers. This workshop will look at ways of picking up on unseen forces in the classroom and using them to foster peer-to-peer interaction and learning.
