Autumn Teacher Training

an Exams Madrid Event

Following the success of our Winter Teacher Training Event earlier this year, we are delighted to launch a new series of professional development mornings for teachers. Our Autumn Teacher Training Event will take place on Saturday 25th October, and we are excited to welcome three outstanding presenters: Miranda Hamilton, Niamh Stack and Kate Walder.

This event marks the first in a series of three seasonal training sessions (Autumn, Winter and Spring), designed to offer teachers regular opportunities to refresh their ideas, share best practice and gain inspiration for the classroom.

During the coffee break, staff from Exams Madrid and Cambridge English Press & Assessment will be available to speak with you individually and answer any questions you may have. You will also be able to browse the latest materials from Cambridge and pick up useful promotional resources for you and your school.

We look forward to seeing you on 25th October and hope you will take full advantage of this valuable and motivating opportunity.

Classroom Management Toolkit

10:15 – 11:30

Engagement in the language classroom can be hard to achieve at times; however, by exploiting creativity in the classroom, we can ensure high levels of engagement whilst ensuring numerous language learning opportunities. Teachers should expect to take part in and reflect on techniques and activities for bringing creativity in both primary and secondary classrooms, as well as share their own thoughts on the value of creativity.
