In order to survive, all living beings need to be able to adapt to the conditions around them. In today’s fast-changing world, the ability to adapt may be more important than ever, both for ourselves as teachers and for the students in our classrooms, who are likely to need to develop essential skills for the jobs of today and especially, for the future workplace. Let’s consider how and what we can adapt, what adapting involves, as well as the things that should remain unchanged.
