Anna Barrett
Teacher, Teaching Mentor & Storyteller
After completing her MA degrees in Psychology (2009) and Sociology (2010), Anna Barrett turned her focus to teaching English as a second language. She has taught in Poland and Spain and has experience with a wide range of levels, ages and students’ needs.
She works as a Teacher and Teaching Mentor for MT Idiomes Ripollet, where she teaches English and is responsible for guiding and helping teachers deliver engaging lessons. She has also run teacher training workshops and has recently been involved in designing a project-based syllabus for Young Learners based on Disney stories.
She is an avid traveller and has co-authored a popular travel blog. She has once hitchhiked from Turkey to Europe via Iran, Central Asia, China and Mongolia, which took her nearly a year to complete and has been an inexhaustible source of interesting stories to tell.
