Borja Uruñuela

Borja is the Managing Director at St. James Language Center (Seville). St. James has 4 centers, 2 franchises and it also operates in 6 schools with a total amount of 50 members of staff. In the last few years Borja has finished an MBA and has been exploring Emotional Intelligence through an Emotional Intelligence Programme which he has implemented at St. James. One of his main objectives is to create the structure and conditions so that everyone at St. James can develop to their full potential. Borja is also the Vice-president at ACEIA (Asociación de Centros de Enseñanza de Idiomas de Andalucía) and has been Head of Training for the association for 20 years.
