Do you have students who speak well in class but fall to pieces as soon as they get into an exam setting? Or do your learners feel overwhelmed, confused or distracted in exam-style listening tasks?

In this session we’ll look at ways to support our learners throughout the course so that they walk into the speaking and listening exams feeling prepared and self-assured. Along with tips for students, we’ll look at a variety of ways teachers can scaffold tasks to make them less daunting, some of which we’ll be trying out in the session. The workshop is aimed at teachers of B2-C2 exam classes but teachers of all levels should come away with tips and tricks they can use in their classrooms.
