Workshop
Everyone has a story to tell
We all know how challenging it can be to engage teenage students. In this session we will explore practical ways to get the most out of student- and teacher-generated stories, tales and anecdotes.
We will be looking at ways to introduce coursebook grammar and vocabulary in a contextualised, meaningful and personalised way and get our teenage students talking. All the ideas are easily adaptable to different levels and age groups.
We believe that everyone has a story to tell and by giving our students a voice we can encourage them to speak and make them feel that we value their individual contribution to the learning experience.
