The lack of clearly-defined career paths in ELT can be make it difficult to set goals and make progress as professionals. In this workshop, we’ll use some tried-and-tested classroom activities and game formats to take a slightly irreverent look at success stories in the ELT world, as well as make some practical suggestions for career development.
